Tammy Morehouse, LCSW

Tammy Morehouse is an Idaho native, wife, mother and grandmother. She obtained her Bachelors Degree in Social Work at Boise State University and her Masters Degree in Social Work at Walla Walla University.  She continued on after earning her Master’s Degree to gain licensure in the State of Idaho as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Tammy currently participates in seminars, consultation and peer groups in order to continue her education and pursue ethical therapy practices.  

Tammy has worked in a variety of settings providing mental health services including private practice and at St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center.  At St. Luke’s she had the privilege of working in the emergency department, cardiac rehabilitation clinic and at Psychiatric Wellness Services. 

In addition to providing mental health services Tammy has been involved in providing education in the community.  She taught a course at Boise State University on Aging, been a guest speaker at Boise State University discussing Spirituality in Mental Health and provided educational seminars to social work interns.  Tammy is a Parenting with Love and Logic facilitator and has spoken at women’s retreats as well as marriage conferences.  She is also trained in EMDR to assist her clients in working through trauma.  Her passion is helping people create change in their lives in order to lead a more intentional and fulfilling life.
